One of the most unique things about the show was that since it was online, every episode was kept entirely factual and detailed. No facts were skimped upon for time. And though each episode was close to 30-45 minutes, they were split into appropriate parts and skillfully edited into subsegments for each episode. Something that is just not possible for a TV based show.
The first season of the show included an indepth analysis and instruction of the 3 major lifts in bodybuilding and strength training - the squat, the deadlift and the bench press.

BENCHPRESS:
