My father is a chain smoker. Has diabetes. And is a top contender for a heart attack with triglyceride levels way above normal (290). Within 3 months, his stats were ALL NORMAL.
Instead of going the regular medical way, i went the bodybuilding way to counter it. And it worked beautifully.

I came across a bullshit filled escapist post titled 'MERMAID OR A WHALE' and this my answer to it:
I love women. i adore wholesome bodies. I idolise natural forms and everything in nature. And i love fitness. I'm being very clear about that right in the beginning itself coz i don't want stupid misinterpretations of my post.

So, from a friend, i came across this bullshit riddled post that for a bit very well answers a very 'despicable' piece of fitness advertising - and then uses the rest of the article of be a baseless, well written piece of escapist literature.

Well, if that's what you have seen in print advertising, it's pretty much Photoshop, define, color nix and a variety of other photo editing softwares. If its in films and cinemas, its a little more complicated bunch of softwares ranging from color correctors to skin enhancers to downright 3D animation.
